These are the key variables in the Matrix that leads to Scrum .
It all starts with the PB or the idea. The product backlog is composed of use stories ( ref previous post) and these should be prioritized according to their Business Value. The Business criteria or grid to evaluate the business value should be consistent at the enterprise level.
